  • Q:Do you accept the small order?
  • A:Sure.We accept small order if we have stocks and your order quantity is less than MOQ, we will do our best to help you expand your market.
  • Q: Should we pay for the sample cost?
  • A: It will depend on the quantity of the samples. Generally the sample fees will be refunded after getting the order.
  • Q:What's your lead time?
  • A:Generally , it will take about 15-30 days to produce placemats. 7-15 working days to finish the samples.
  • Q:Do you make inspection for the mass production?
  • A:Yes, of course, Generally we will take at least 3 inspections of the mass production( material preparing, the process of making, before delivery) to make sure placemats in good quality.
  • Q:Can I put my logo on the placemats?
  • A:Yes, any shape and logo can be done as your requests.
  • Q:About the color of the pictures on the website ?
  • A:All the product images are in-kind shooting and adjusted by professional on real products. We have done our best to make pictures as close as possible to real fabrics. But, color deviation may exist due to different PC screens . Please kindly note all color displayed are subjected to real products' colors.
  • Q:How can I get the price of the fabric what I want ?
  • A:1.Please give us the exactly composition ,construction,density,width,weight also more requirements of fabric to us . According to your requirements , we can give you a similar sample and price . 2. You can send us a sample , We can according to your sample give you a exact price . 3. If you don't know the details of the fabric . You can show a picture of the fabric and tell us the usage, we can according to our experience give you a estimated price. But the exact price will be quote after we check the original sample.
